• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Live plants are non-returnable, but if they arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
